About the position

You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Project development
• Event planning and execution
• Communications and marketing
• Volunteer recruitment
• Planning and running working group meetings
• Attending meetings as a representative for KU Green Student Society
• Student engagement and sustainability in our activities in general

• Want to build engagement among students and support communities

As an intern, you’ll play a central role in our partnership work and act as the link between students, companies, and organizations. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Coordinating and developing partnerships with organizations, companies, and other relevant stakeholders
• Working on marketing for our projects and events
• Planning and executing events, workshops, and networking activities
• Creating projects that help students build networks and gain insight into their future working lives
• Working with applications

The internship period will be agreed based on your study requirements and can be adapted to your needs. The position is unpaid and intended as part of a study program.

Mainly Mon–Fri, with some weekend days

Create visibility and engagement on social media
Develop and implement creative SoMe strategies that make our events and community activities stand out.
Plan and produce content — text, images, and video — that grabs attention and tells the inside stories of student life.
Track reach and engagement and continuously optimize our digital presence.

Develop and run events that bring students together
Plan new, exciting events with our partners.
Plan and carry out welcome and community activities where new students feel at home from day one.
Think creatively in concept development — from idea and theme to experience and evaluation.
Create the framework for social encounters, community, and unforgettable experiences for students.

Project development from idea to reality
Take part in the whole process: idea development, concept description, budget, timeline, and execution.
Contribute to grant applications and partnerships that bring new projects to life.
Coordinate volunteers and work with both internal and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.

We’re not looking for a specific academic background, but we imagine you are creative, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You can write clearly in Danish and English and have a flair for visual communication. Most importantly, you’re eager to work with volunteers and create great settings for community.

Practicalities
Period: Spring 2026 (start by agreement).
Working hours: 37 hours/week — mainly Mon–Fri, with occasional weekend days in connection with events.

The internship is arranged as part of your studies and can be credited by agreement with your program.
